Transformation begins with attention.

When we slow down and learn to listen—to our bodies, our relationships, and the world around us—clarity emerges with gentleness and ease.

We learn to move like water- water flowing downstream.

Timeline of transformation.

AIR

COMMUNICATE
I begin with listening.
Together we clarify what is happening in your life, how you are making sense of it, and what feels most important. This process helps clients feel heard, understood, and safe.
For many people, the experience of being deeply listened to is transformative in itself.

EARTH

DEEPEN
Next we move into experience. Sessions may include mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement, Polyvagal-informed practices, Qi Gong, or Feldenkrais-based exercises. These practices support nervous system regulation, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen your ability to attune to yourself.
By slowing down and reconnecting to the present moment, many clients find that insights become more sustainable and embodied.

PLANT

CONNECT
Sessions may also include role-play, communication exercises, embodiment practices, and other relational explorations.
Drawing from Somatica®, Hakomi, Indigenous Psychology, and Eco-Somatics, I help clients expand their capacity for intimacy, communication, and authentic self-expression.

When appropriate and fully consensual, practices may also include touch.

LIGHT

VISION
Additional tools include visualization, storytelling, art-making, ritual, and other transformative practices to help clients access deeper layers of imagination and meaning-making. These modalities are influenced by Playback Theatre, Ecstatic Trance (Nauwald), Beyond Quantum Hypnosis Technique, and Uto-Aztecan song and storytelling traditions.

Role-playing approaches can help loosen habitual patterns of the ego and create space for new possibilities to emerge.

METAL

MATERIALIZE
I integrate strategic planning, systems thinking, and organizational development tools to help individuals, families, and organizations bring clarity to complex challenges. When useful, we may explore time, energy, and financial patterns while identifying relational or communication barriers that affect outcomes.

My approach is informed by community-based, arts-based, and decolonial research practices.

REPATTERN
Sessions often conclude with reflection, integration, and practical next steps. I may offer observations, a brief teaching, or practices to explore between sessions. Together we identify recurring patterns and consider new ways of responding to them.

Many clients find that some of their most meaningful insights emerge during this final stage of the process.

I am a guide, not an expert. You know you. My role is to strengthen your self awareness, embodiment, communication, emotional resilience, and relational capacity so that you can live your best life.

My practice is informed by principles of indigenous psychology, however I am not a licensed practitioner in the field of psychotherapy.

Our ancestors knew the transformative and highly practical power of connecting to the earth, listening to our bodies and connecting to source. My process about liberating how we make meaning so that all of us feel free and safe to step into our highest, and most authentic self expression.
